It's a baby doll, since I'm short I was told the hem must be above the knee...

What kind of shoes go with a this dress?
I would wear a pair of ballet flats or flip-flops. Even a pair of Vans slip-ons or Converse low-tops (no socks) would look cute and casual. Keep it at or right above your knees. Don't go too short.
