Ok what shoes should I wear it with ?

Ok I have this school dance and I have this simple black baby doll dress and I don't know if I should wear it with red heels? or gold sandals?


I also have the black tights, so I don't know, it's just too simple without any accents, what do you think?

Gold sandals all the way. If you have any gold bangles or earrings you should wear those with it :)

Gold sounds classier and more sophisticated than red and black, which sounds pretty teenybopper.


Try your black dress, black tights with your gold sandals//shoes and some gold jewelery, not overdone, but perhaps a single long golden chain with a charm on it [Claire's, Forever 21] or some bigg-ish golden hoop earrings.


Be careful to b a l a n c e the gold, or it will look like you're trying too hard.

Reply:if you wear gold or red shoes you may want to put red or gold in your hair or a belt of something to balance off the look... personally i'd go for gold if its really fancy like prom or red if its more or a fun dance like homecoming or somethin
