I have rollerblades, a bike, and running shoes...?

I want to tone up my muscles and get rid of a little baby fat, any suggestions?

I have rollerblades, a bike, and running shoes...?
5-10 pounds in a month is doable. Keep in mind that healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. You have great equipment to help you lose weight. All three allow you to do some higher intensity work. You could go to a nearby track or park, and sprint. You could do the same with your Rollerblades (I love my Rollerblades, too). The only thing I would add is some weight training. In addition to all this, you must clean up your diet. I don't know what it looks like now, but try to get all your nutrients and calories from natural sources. Eat throughout the day; you should never be hungry. Make sure to drink your water, and stretch after every workout. In order to 'tone', you will have to decrease your body fat.
Reply:Use all 3 , that way, you will always keep your body guessing, so loosing the weight will be easier. Rollerblade for at least an hour one day, bike ride for the same amount of time the next day %26amp;, on the third day, run for at least an hour. Take a break (not do any of those...just go for a walk to let your body rest/recoup.) on day 4 , then, start the cycle again on day 5.
Reply:My suggestion would be to get on the bike and ride as much as possible. Cycling is great for toning your legs and I think it is more fun than the other choices.
