My baby toe is broken, set by doctor & buddy taped but now it is numb off & on and ice cold! has this happen?

to anyone else before? I am wearing the supportive shoe and elevating it a few times a day but this is strange to have numbness and for it to be ice cold???

My baby toe is broken, set by doctor %26amp; buddy taped but now it is numb off %26amp; on and ice cold! has this happen?
The doctor may have tied your tape too tight. Give your Dr. a call anyway, he may want you to come in to have it loosened.
Reply:no it should not be cold, take off the tape and see if the toe warms up. Are the rest of your toes cold? check them first. press on the nail of the toe with your finger to see if the blood returns quickly or slowly. if it is slow go back to your GP asap.
Reply:I broke my baby toe, it was taped and I wore the shoe, but I don't remember any numbness and/or coldness. It may be taped too tight
Reply:You could have it taped up too tight...is your toe blue or black??
