Tomorrow is my Birthday I only have a 100 dollars. WHAT DO I DO?

I brought a pair of jean. With a nice brown shirt. but it don't look right. and i also want to go out for my birthday. the only shoes i have is the doll baby shoes. the shoes cover my feet but the rest of the shoe is open. i hope that made since. i have a big black coat for two years. the coat make me look pregrant. so i need a lot of suppose with one. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
