I think it depends more on your stature / body build than your actual weight. My slender friend is also very tall and hid her pregnancy the whole entire pregnancy. I also have a smaller, petite friend who is 5'2 or so and showed the first trimester - getting huge at the end. I think body build is more the factor and not the weight.

Reply:I think it depends on your muscle tone, when I was pregnant with my son I didn't wear maternity clothes till almost six months, but I was a waitress and on my feet all day and in good shape then
Reply:As far as showing, everyone is different, since you have a smaller frame, you might show ealier than someone larger. I was 35 weeks with mine, and you could hardly tell when I wore my work uniform, and as far as the baby moving, you can feel him/her moving anywhere from 16 to 20 weeks, your size doen't matter with that. I felt my son move at 16 weeks, and it was just some fluttering.
Reply:I think that every woman's body is different, so no two pregnancies are exactly alike. I was a little under 110 pre-pregnancy and felt my baby move at 17-18 weeks (like popcorn popping in my lower abdomen). For those who didn't know me well, I didn't "show" until almost 5 months. That's when the co-workers got suspicious...haha. They told me to lay off the Mickie D's.
Reply:It's hard to say. I agree with Heart of Gold -- it really depends on your build, not just your weight. I'm 5'8, and though I am slim I didn't show for a long, long time. Seems my short friends showed sooner than me and my tall friends...maybe because there's less room inside?
Reply:It depends on how you carry, if your uterus is tilted at all and actually your height has more to do with it than your weight. The shorter you are, less space the uterus has to expand up and has to go out, so shorter women usually show sooner. My friend is 5'7" and only weighed around 110lbs when she got pregnant....she could barely tell at 8 months even because she was carrying very far back. My other friend is 5'2" and weighed around 150lbs and showed by 4 months! I am 5'2" and with my first I showed around 5 months which is the standard. Just wait and see, only your body knows!!
Reply:for my pre-pregnancy weight i was 115 and now i am 126 and i am starting to show so you will show sooner then.
Reply:It`s all relative to the person. There are so many factors involved that it`s really anyoes guess how you`ll look and what you`ll feel at all the stages. Just don`t wory about it.The pregnant body is a real miracle.
